Refund & Cancellation Policy – Anaf Abroad
Anaf Abroad we provides personalized 1:1 guidance for students planning to study in Germany and digital bundles containing useful materials such as University shortlist and admission related materials.This policy explains refunds and cancellations for all our services.
1. Digital Bundles (Fixed Price)
- Full Refund: Issued only if we are unable to deliver the purchased digital bundle due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

Partial Refund (up to 50%): Available if you cancel before accessing the digital content.
- No Refund: Once you access the bundle or any included materials.
2. Personalized 1:1 Guidance & Consulting (Custom Pricing)
- Pricing for these services is customized based on your package and requirements.
- Refunds are provided only before work begins (e.g., document review, sessions, or application guidance).
- Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.
Note: These services require significant time and effort from our team. Please discuss your package and pricing with us before committing.
3. Cancellation by User
- You may cancel any service by contacting us via email at support@anafabroad.com .
- Cancellation requests will be processed within 5 business days.
4. Cancellation by Anaf Abroad
We reserve the right to cancel any service for reasons including:
- Non-payment of fees
- Providing false or misleading information
- Engaging in illegal or unethical behavior
If Anaf Abroad cancels a service, a pro-rated refund will be provided for any unused portion.
